Challenge

How might we create an R.V. park company and brand that aligns with the needs of the modern R.V. enthusiast?

Solution — ROAM Startup

We created a company and brand that met the moment. With the rise of remote working, tech automation, and the desire to get outdoors, R.V. enthusiasts demanded a new kind of R.V. park. Most R.V. campsites need to be updated. The locations lack natural beauty, and amenities need to be modernized because they're often analog, the pads are un-level, and the check-in experience could be more straightforward and manageable.
My design team and I worked hand-in-hand with ROAM C-level founders. We collaborated using a 3-step Design Thinking process to incubate and accelerate ROAM from idea to launch. We delivered;

→ Brand strategy, architecture, design and identity

→ Scalable design system/brand guidelines to pilot marketing and product MVPs.

→ SEO/Google Adwords campaigns

→ RSVP landing pages

→ Email marketing (drip/nurture) campaigns

→ Messaging platform, pitch decks, marketing - collateral materials, and social media accounts.

→ A testable Minimal Viable Product (MVPs) APP design

Product MVP

Finding a ROAM RV camp site, reserving it and doing contactless check-in became standard. Bye pen & ink.
